Her philosophy toward hair is simple: aligning someone’s outer appearance with their inner self. One of her proudest moments was guiding a client through a multi-appointment transformation to lift years of box dye and achieve a bright, healthy blonde—all while maintaining her length. Known for her bright energy, strategic thinking, and creativity, Reagan enjoys trying new techniques and keeping up with the latest trends. Outside the salon, she’s usually spending time with her French bulldog, Murph, catching a concert, or planning her next travel adventure with friends.
